RESOLUTION CONCEILNING GILINT OF REAL 1•1{, PLHTY 10 TH& CI'£Y OF REDLANDS FRUII: FORSBEP,G

ILESOLIrED that the City Council of the City of Redlands, California, has
received from Forsberg & Gregory, Inc. ,, the grant of real property by Corporation
Grant Deed an the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California,
as descaribed in the deed dated April 14, 1959 and attached hereto, said property
including.-
All of that portion of Lot 2, Block 3, Lots 1 and 2 Block 8,
Lots 1 and 2 Block 7, Smith"s Subdivision No. 28 as per plat
recorded in Boos 9 of Baps, page 42, records of San Bernardino
County, State of California,, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeasterly corner of Lot 7, Tract No.
