RESOLUTION A0n 1035
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands on the 5th day of June, 1958 acquired from
Paul To and Bertha K. Mannen the real property located in eaid city and des-
cribed as follows&
Lots l and 2 in Block "A". Subdivision of Black 281, of Redlands,
in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino$ State of
California, as per plat recorded in Book 4 of Zaps$ page 2,
records of said County.
Except therefrom the interest of the City of Redlands in the
Northerly 10 fact as conveyed by deed dated December 10, 1.891
and recorded March 5, 1892 in Book 148 of Deeds, page 385,
records of said County-
WHEREAS, the property was purchased with revenues collected from perking
meters within said City and placed in a special. fund for parking place develop-
ment;
WHEREAS, the City shall proceed arith the improvement of said property as
a parking lot upon the termination or expiration of leases now in effect on the
property;
RESOLVED%
to That the City of Redlands shall, give aad dedicate said property to
the Vehicle Parking District without making any further disbursements from
parking meter revenues collected within. Vehicle Parking District No. la
2. That the City of Redlands shall, make all improvements necessary to
establish parking places or said property without making any further
disbursements from parkin- meter revenues collected within Vehicle Parking
District No. 10
