RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PARK AND RECREATION FUND AS APB OPERATING FUND
OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS.
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Fund has not been used in the past
as an operating fund but has been used solely to receive property tax revenues
of the City of Redlands;; and.
WHEREAS, said fund may be more efficiently used as an operating fund to
account for all revenues and expenditures of the Park and Recreation Department;
and
WHEREAS, in addition to property tax revenues, all other revenues
received as the result of park and recreation operations@ such as plunge
fees, street tree fees' and other charges may be placed in said fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Redlands as fG'ollowa t
Section 14 That the Park and Recreation Fund shall be used as an
operating fund to account for all revenues and expend-
itures of the Park and Recreation Department.
Section 2. That all expenditures of the Park and Recreation Department
shall be charged to this operating fund.
