OI' A-IERICA P ATIOhi1L TRUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION AS EXLCUTOR OF `1HE ESTATE OF
CLARENCE G. ifflIT'E, DECEASED.
RESOLVED that the City Cov cif of Liza City of Redlands, Ce.ligornza has
received from Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association as Executor
of the Estate of Clarence G, White, deceased, the grant of real property by
Grant Deed in the City of g?e(llands, County of San Bernwrdi-ao, State of California,
as described in the deed dated May 28, 1959 and attached hereto, said property
including;.
Parcel No. 1.
All that portion of Mocks 4 and 7 of Map of Johnson's Subdivision, in the City of
Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as leer plat recorded in
Boom. 15 of „Maps, pages 9 and 10, records of said County, described as follows;
