the means whereby College can be reimbursed by City for electrical
energy used to operate City pumps from College electrical system.
WHEREAS, the City will be operating a pumping plant within
the Crafton Hills Campus of the College, and

kilowatt hours during the past fiscal year.

The City shall pay the amount billed within 45 days. It
shall be the right of the City to audit the records of campus
electrical consumption and billings and to have the meter to the
City plant tested for accuracy. In the event any discrepancy is
found, both parties agree to make the necessary corrections
retroactive as far back as the discrepancy can be traced.
City agrees to hold College harmless and free from any liability
for any damage whatsoever resulting from the failure or inability
