RLSOLUTIOV CONCERNING GRAAT OF RE LL �?ROPEKTY BY TAE CITY OF RZD},AXDS TO REDLANDS
POST No. 106, Till. A.dEA1CAN LLGION D.NPAaX.NJENT OF CALIPORNIA, a corporation.
RESOLVED that the City Counoii of the City of tedlands, California does
hereby authorize the demises release, and quitclaim by Corporation Grant Deed to
REDLANDS POST NO. 1069 TU AMERICAN LLGION DEPAHTAENT OF CALIFORNIA, a corporation,
of real property in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of
Califoarnia, described as follows s
All th&t portion of Block 29, of Barton Ranch, in the City of
Redlands, as per plat thereof recorded in Book 6 of Ha.ps, Page 19e
records of said County, described as aiollowas
BEGINNING at a point at the intersection of Southerly Line of
Central Avenue a street 100 feat wide, also lenovm as U. So
Highway No. 99, and the Noartherly line of the 50 root right
of way of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company, as described
in Deed recorded in Boob 142 of Deeds, Page 239, records of
San Bernardino County; thence Southwesterly along said Northerly
line of said Southern Pacific Railroad right of way to its inter-
section with a lime running through said Block 29 from East to
West, which line, 'when extended i;est, would divide Block 26, as
shown on the Idap of said Barton Ranch, into two equal parts and
which extended lime would be the South line of the Forth 0 and
the North line of the South 1f2 of said .Bloat 26s thence aest
along said line to a point diet&nt tAereon 386.8 feet Neste of
East line of said Block 291 thence North along a lime parallel to
and 386-8 feet rest of East lines of said Block 299 to the Southerly

This Deed Is executed and delivered for the purpose of correcting
that certain Deed from the: grantor heroin and recorded October 30,
19589 as Inatrument Noo 4390 in Book 4643 of Official Records,
Page 699 which Deed contained insufficient legal description, and
in which Heed there was a misnomer of the grantee, stated therein
to be "The American. Legaon Post No, 106,19 whereas the true name
of the intended grantee is as above set forth in the premise of
this Instrument.
BE IT FURTHER RESQLVbD A14D ORDERED that the Mayor of the City of Redlands
is hereby authorized9 empowered and directed to exacuts said Corporation. Grant Deed
on behalf of the City of Redlands.
