RESOLUTION NO. 2000
RESOLUTION CONCERNING GRANT OF REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS FROMx
KENNETH R. MORSE and MARY LOU MORSE.
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands, California, has
received from KENNETH R. MORSE and MARY LOU MORSE9 the grant of real property
by Grant Deed in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, as described in the deed dated January 18, 1960 and attached here-
to, said property includings
All that portion of the West half of the Southwest quarter of Section 1,
Township 2 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Base & Meridian, accord-
ing to Government survey, described as followao COMMENCING at the South-
east corner of Lot 1, Country Club Park Subdivision, as per plat recorded
in Book 17 of Mapsa _page 19, records of said County; thence along the
center lane of Canyon Roads South 10 099 East 25.08 feet, thence South
840 269 West 15-04 feet to the true point of beginning at the intersec-
tion of the West line of Canyon Road and the South line of 25 foot wide
Saritta Drive; thence from the true point of BEGINNING, along said West
line of Canyon Road, South 10 099 East 34.14 feet to the beginning of a
curve, ooncave to the Southwest and whose radius is 20.00 feet, and
whose initial tangent bears North 10 099 West; thence Northwesterly along
said curve, 32.96 feet and through a central angle of 940 259 ; thence
South 840 26, 'nest 113,65 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, con-
cave to the Northeast and whose radius is 68.00 feet; thence Northwest-
erly along said curve 41.89 feet and through a central angle of 350 179
4611 to a point on the South line of aforesaid Saritta Drive, thence along
said line North 840 269 East 175-51 feet to the true point of beginning.
BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY ACCEPTED9 and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor or the City Manager of the
City of Redlands is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to accept said grant
on behalf of said City of Redlands. ,o
