RESOLUTION CONCERNING GRANT OF EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS

SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED. That the City Council of the City of
Redlands, State of California, has received from the Southern
Pacific Railroad Company, Pacific Lines, Redlands, California; the
grant of easement in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernar-
dino, State of California, as described in the Quitclaim Deed
attached hereto as :
EXHIBIT A
BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY ACCEPTED, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor or the City
Manager of the City of Redlands is hereby authorized, empowered
and directed to accept said easement on behalf of said City of
Redlands .
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 17 day of -J nuar 1961.

All that portion of Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, Block B
and all that portion of Lots 5, 6, 7, Block C, all
being a portion of Rancho San Bernardino in the City
of Redlands , as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps,
page 2, Records of San Bernardino County, and that
