This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for on-call planning
consulting services dated January 16, 2019 ("Agreement") by and between the City of Redlands,
a municipal corporation ("City") and the Altum Group ("Consultant"), is made and entered into
this 10th day of April, 2019
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend Section 5 1 of their existing
Agreement to increase the total compensation payable to Consultant by the amount of five
thousand dollars ($5,000), and
WHEREAS, the increase to Consultant's total compensation is necessary in order to
support the City's planning division's customer service needs while recruitment is being finalized
for a vacant position,
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Section 1 Article 5, Section 5.1 of the Agreement, entitled "Payments To Consultant," is
hereby amended to read as follows
"5 1 Total compensation for Consultant's performance of the Services shall not exceed
the amount of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000 00) City shall pay Consultant on a time and
materials basis up to the not -to -exceed amount in accordance with Exhibit "B" entitled "2019
Schedule of Hourly Rates" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference "
Section 2 All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of April 10, 2019

Printing, reproduction, etc are billed at direct cost plus 15%
Altum's Schedule of Hourly Rates is subject to change based on an annual review of the cost of
Irving and employee wage increases In the event Altum's Schedule of Hourly Rates changes, a
corresponding percentage increase shall be applied to all remaining Agreement budgets and such
Schedule of Hourly Rates shall apply to subsequent Extra Work
