WITH AZTECA SYSTEMS, LLC TO PROVIDE
CITYWORKS LICENSING AND SUPPORT
This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement to provide Cityworks
Licensing and Support dated September 18, 2018, (the "Agreement"), by and between the City of
Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Azteca Systems, LLC ("Consultant"), is made and
entered into this Second Day of April, 2019
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Consultant to amend then existing Agreement,
specifically Addendum #1 titled "Product Licensing" thereby removing Contracts and Citizen
Engagement API and adding Service Request API to the products that are licensed
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Addendum #1 of the Agreement, entitled "Product Licensing" is hereby amended
to read as follows

Server AMS Custom Enterprise License Agreement (ELA), Includes Unlimited Quantities
of the Identified Products
Office
Respond
Mobile Native Apps (for iOS/Android)
--Includes the following Add-ons
Storeroom
Equipment Checkout
Cityworks for Excel
Cityworks Analytics for AMS
eURL (Enterprise URL)
Workload
Web Hooks
Service Request API
Local Government Templates (LGT)
Use of Citywoiks AMS Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) with commercially
available Cityworks-centric applications that are licensed and maintained by authorized
Cityworks partners
Server PLL Standard Enterprise License Agreement (ELA), Includes Unlimited Quantities
of the Identified Products
Office
Respond
Mobile Native Apps (for zOS/Android)
--Includes the following Add-ons
eURL (Enterprise URL)
Public Access for PLL
Cityworks Analytics for PLL
Use of Cityworks PLL Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) with commercially
Cityworks-centric applications that are licensed and maintained by authorized Cityworks
partners
Annual fee herein is based on a 50,001- 100,000 population range
*An annual increase of 5% will be assessed each year upon renewal beginning May 5111

Additional Software Products & Licenses Additional Software Products & licenses may
be added to this License Agreement with either an acknowledgement of an official
Cityworks quote signed by Licensee and additional fees, (necessary or applicable being
paid, or receipt of Purchase Order from Licensee in response to an official Cityworks
quote and additional fees, if applicable being pard
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of April 2nd, 2019
