RESOLUTION NO, 2062
RES0LUTI0N CONCERNING GRAPY OF EASE ENT Bf THE CITY OF REDIANDa TO THE,
SOUTHERN CALIEFORNIa EDISON COMPANY.
RESOLVED that the City COunci.l. of the City of Redlands hereby
d,eterm3nes that the easement for public utility purposes described herain is
not required for public use, and finds that the conveyance of said easement
is not necessary- far the public convenience, safety, uelfare, or for any public
use of said city.
RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby authohze the conveyance
by Grant of Easement to the SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COG=IT%NY of the real
property in the City of Redlands, County of San Farnardir_o, State of California,
described as follows:
A strip of land 1) feet 3n Ui.dth lying vIthin the follovd g described
property; That portion of Block 29, Barton Ranch, as per plat
recorded in Book b of naps, page 19, records of said County, described
as follow BEGINNING at a point on tba kbst line of TKas Street,
being 660 feet South from the center line of Park Avenue as shown on
the Y p of said Barton Ranch; thence along 'the dividing line be then
the North and South one-half of said Block 29, list to the Southerly
line of the S.P.R& Right of Wjyr; thence along said Right of Why
Southunsterly to a point which is 300 feet from the Ast line of
Axas Street; thence South to the North Line of 0st State Street;
thence along said North line of Wbst State Street, Easterly to its
intersection with the Test line of `texas Street; thence along tha
List line of Texas Street, North 91..5 feet to the point of beginning.

the Grantee, its Successors and assigns, and its and their agents and employees,
shall have free access to said electric line and every part thereof, at all times,
for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted, and shall have the right
to trim or top such trees as may endanger or interfere with said electric line.
The Grantee herein agrees to remove or relocate all facilities and plant fixtures
placed an the above described lot, under the right created by this easement, at
its own expense and at such time as the public convenience may so require.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Kyar and the City Clerk
of the City- of Redlands are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to execute
said Grant of Easement on behalf of the City of Redlands.
