RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Pedlands s Californj aQ ha
received from GROWN F. FOSTER & PHYLLIS C. FOSTER and ROY Lo GUIN &
M. EILEEN GUILT, the grant of real property by Grant Deed in the City of Redlands,;
County of San Bernardino, State of California., as described in the deed datod
August 19 1960, and attached hereto, saic' property including:
A 1.0 foot wide strip of land lying t-djacent to and North of the S01.1the21y
line of Lot 4 and lying; a.djacert to and Southeasterly of the Nortlgwest*sr?y
Line of Lot 41 Tract No. 21.999 l,eottrood Subdivision �1g recorded in
Book 32 of Maps5 pages 13 and 14,- records of San Berna.rdir_o County,
State of California,- said. 10 foot w`de strip of land lying Northerlj
of and Southeasterly of tha Low lines, more particularly described as
follows:
Br:G EKING at the Southeast corner of said Lot 4; thence North 780 289
