WHEREAS9 the City Council of the City of Redlands has examined Utilities
Relocation Agreement for Road VIII-SBd-26-RId9B - VIII-10251 between the
City of Redlands and the Department of Public forks$ Division of Highways
of the State of California;
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVEDs
THAT the City Council of the City of Redlands approves said Utilities Rs-
location Agreement for Road VIII-SDd-26-R1d,.=, - VIII-10251;
THAT the Mayor of the City of Redlands is authorized to sign and execute
said Agreement and the City Clerk shall attest it.
