PE-SOLUTION CONCERNING G LINT OF EASEMENT BY TIM CITY OF REDLANDS TO CALIFORNIA WATER
AND TELEPUONE CO3IANY.
RESOLVED that the City Couasil of the City of Redlands hereby daatormines that
the easement for public utility purposes described herein is not required for
public use, and finds that the conveyance of said easement is not necessary
for the public convenienaea safety, welfare, or for any public use of said
city.
RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby authorise the conveyance by Grant
of Easement to CALIFOILNIA WATER AND TELEPHONE COMirANY, of the real property
in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, de—
scribed as follows:
Lot 10, Johnsosaas Subdivision. as shown by asap recorded in Boots 15 of
Maps at page O, records of said County and State.
The easement hereby granted covers 2 feet on each side of the followin.g
described center lames
Beginning at a point on the Northeasterly line of said Lot, 1 foot
Northwesterly from the North3ast corner thereof; thanca S. 110 W. ,
30 feet.
BE .IT FURTUER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor and the City Clerk of the
City of Redlands are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to execute
said quitclaim deed on behalf of the City of Redlands.
