+'PEAS., a master agreement has been executed bet oen the State of
Califorzita and the City of Redlands for the expenditure of the engineering
allocation to cities, and,
VIII EAS, the City Council has heard said agreement in full and is
familiar nth the contents thereofq
THLILE70PX., be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Redlands
that said budget proposal, be and is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed
expenditures of the engineering allocation to ci.ti.ea, and said budget
proposal be and the same is hereby approved and the mayor and/or the City
Clerk are directed to sign the sam on bebalf of said Ci,.ty, said budget
proposal to be binding upon the City upon its approval by the authorized
officials of the State.
