RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands, California, ha® receives from HEYWARD PETERLS, the grant by Grant Deed of real property in tho City of Redlandso County of San Bernardino., State of California, as described in the Dead. dated March 30, 1950 :and attached hereto, said properly including: The northerly 8 feet of that portion of Lot 27, Bloch 77, Rancho San Ber- nardino in the City of Redlando, County of San Bernardi-no, State of California as per plat recorded in Book 7, Page 2, records of said Coantyo Said portion described ae Beginning on aouth line of Stuart Avenue at a point' 15 feet, south and 45 feet west of the northwest corAer of Lest 10, Block F of Faarbanka and Wilson Subdivision as per plat recorded in Books 4, Page 47, recorda of said.
