RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands, Cslifornia9 has re-
ceived from JAMES He WALSH, the grant by Grant Deed of real property in the City of
Redlandsg County of San Bernardino9 Stake of Californiag as described in the Deets
dated March 279 1960 and attached hereto, said property including;
All that portion of Lot 19 Smith Tract% in the City of Redlands, as per plat
recorded in Book 8 of A4aps, page 869 records of said Countyt
COMMENCING at the center line intersection of Lugonia Avenue and Texas Street;
t�enee along the center line of Luonla Avenue Nest 233-00 feet; thence South
0 38' 38" East 33*00 feet to a point on the South line of Lugonia Avenue9
said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thenoe from the true point of
beginning, continuing South 00 38' 38" East 11.00 feet; thence$ parallel
with said center line of Lugonia Avenue East 1204,00 feet; thence North 00
38' 38°' weet 11.00 feet to a point on the South line of Lugonia Avenue;
thence along said line West 120.00 feet to the true point of beginning,
BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY ACCEPTED, AND
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor or the City Manager of
the City of Redlands is heresy authorized, empowered and directed to accept said
grant on behalf of said City of Redlands
