RESOLUTION CONCERNING AUTHORIZATION TO APPLY FOR FEDERAL CffiINT UNDER FEDERAL WATER
POLLUTION CONTROL ACT (33 U.S.C. 466 cat seq.).
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands hereby resolves that
authorization is made to file an application for Federal grant under the Federal.
Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 466 of serf.), and the City Council being the
governing body of the Applicant agrees that if a Federal, grant for the Project is
made pursuant to the Federal eater Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 4.66 et seq.) ,
the Applicant will pay the remaining cost of tIte approved Project; and, the Appli-
cant will provide proper a-ad efficient operation and mainterance of the approved
Project alter completion of construction thereof . The City of Redlands hereby auth.-
orizes Fred H. Workman, City 14anager, to file th.as application and act as its rep-
resentative in this application.
