FOR THE PROVISION OF
PROFESSIONAL COACHING SERVICES
This first amendment("First Amendment")to the agreement to provide professional coaching
services dated December 5,2011,(the.Agreement"),by and between the City of Redlands,a municipal
corporation("City"),and ABAA,Inc. ("Consultant"),is made and entered into this 26th day of March,
2012.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically Section 3.1 of Article 3 entitled"Payment and Notice"thereby extending Consultant's total
compensation by Twelve Thousand Six Hundred and Seventy Five Dollars($12,675);
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Subsection 3.I of Article 3 of the Agreement,entitled"Payment and Notice"is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"3.1 Payment and Notice. The total compensation for Consultant's performance of the Services
shall not exceed the amount of Twenty-Four Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy Five Dollars
($24,375). City shall pay Consultant on a time and materials basis up to the"not to exceed"amount,
based upon the rates shown in Exhibit 'A."'
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties have executed this First Amendment,to be effective as of
March 26,2012.
