RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 62 OF REDLANDS
ORDINANCE CODE
Pursuant to studies heretofore made under authority of this City Council
and the presentation of the information gained in such studies, the City Council
hereby £indls and determines that traffic conditions and the convenience of the
public require that certaia regusati o-as are necessary and shall be established.g
pursuant to Chapter 62 of the Redland3 Ordinance Code, and. the Traffic Engineer
of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to perform such acts as are necessary
to accomplish the following:
SECT'IOR ONE: Pursuant to Article 6779 Section 677.7 (a) (5) of the
Redlands Ordinance Cede:
to To prohibit stopping, standing, or parking at the parking places
:Located on Vehicle Parking Lot No. 2 in the ':i.ty of Redla zds g
designated by the follofring meter post numbers: 25329 2535,
2.536t 25399 2540t 2543, 25440 25479 25489 2551, 25529 2555, 2556,
2559, 2560t 2563, 2564; except that vohioles displaying a permit
for monthly parking may park in the spaces numbered herein,
2. The control and regulation of monthly packing and the setting
of rates shall be exercised by the Board of Parking Place Com-
mission.erso
3. The rate for pa.rling in the parking places reserved for monthly
parking shall be $4.00 per month, or fraction thereof, in a.c-,
cordance with the minute action of the Boai4d of Parking Places
Commissioners on May 26g 1959-
