THE CITY COLENCIL OF M CITY OF REDLANM HEREBY RESOLvFs:
That the owners., lessees or occupants of any buildings, grounds or lots
in the City of Redlands be and they are hereby required to remove dirt,
rubbish, weeds and rank growth from the sidewalks opposite thereto and
from the buildings and grounds; that the whole of the City of Redlands,
and all of the buildings, grounds and hots situate and being v&thin the
corporate limits of said City, is hereby declared to be the district from
which such dirt, rubbish, weeds and rank growth is to be removed; that the
Street Superintendent of the City of Redlands, or someone designated by him
therefor, shall serve notice of the passage of this resolution upon the
owner, lessees or occupants of the buildings, grounds or lots from t4hich
such dirt_. rubbish, weeds and rank growth are to be removed as provided in
Article 581, Redlands Ordinance Code; upon failure to remove such dirt,
rubbish, weeds and rank growth within the time limit specified in said notice,
the Street Superintendent shall remove or destroy the same at the expense of
such owner, lessee or occupant at a minism-m service charge of �5.00 plus the
actual cost of cleaning, and the expense thereof shall be charges upon the
property, buildings, grounds or lots upon which the work has been done, and
such expense shall be collectible in the manner provided in said ordinance
code

that the foregoing Resolution No. 2006 was duly adopted by the City Council
of the City of Redlands at a regular meeting thereof held on the
