RESOLUTIOU CONCERNING GRANT OF READ, PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF REDLANDS FROM: ARTHUR
GREGORY, JRe AND ARLINE GREGORYa
RESOLVED that the City Council of the Cite of Redl,andsp California, has received
from ARTHUR GREGORYO JR. AND ARLINE GREGoay, the grant of real property by Gaunt Dead
in the City of Redlands* Gount�, of San Bernardino, State of California, as described
in the dead dated February 1, 1960 and attached hereto, said property includi.ngs
All that portion of Lot 2, Block 589 Map No- 10 of Redlands Heights in the
City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per
plat recorded in Book 9 of Maps, page 17, records of said County, lying
between the Northeasterly line os 40 Foot wide Serpentine Drive and the
following described lines
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 8, Tract No. 4566, Groan View
Estates, as per plat recorded in Book 59 of Maps, pale 549 -records of
said County, said corner lies at the terminus of a, curve in tha North-
easterly line of Serpentine Drive, said curve is concave to the South-
weet having a radius of 1226.23 feet and whose initial tangent bears
Forth 24 500 14" West; thence along said curve Northwesterly 60.88
feet and through a central angle of 20 502 41"; thence parallel with
and 25.OR Feet Northeasterly of the centerline of Serpentine Drive,
North 27 40' 559P West 65*43 feet to its terminus at a point on the
Southeasterly line of that certain parcel of land conveyed to Frank T.
Turnbull. and Jean Do Turnbull, husband and wife„ as joint tenants by
deed recorded October 29, 195a in Book 464.0, page 591, Official. Records
of said County*
BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY ACCEPTED, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Mayor or the City Manager of the
City of Redlands is hereby authorized,,, empowered and directed to accept said grant
on behalf of said City of Redlands®
