RESOLUTION NO. 1058
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS CONCERNING ADOPTION
OF THE STREET NAME "BELMONT COURT."
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission found there is a street within the
Redlands area, in the County of San Bernardino, with the name "Lelia Court"
and a street within the City of Redlands with the name of "Lilac Court" ; and
WHEREAS, These two streets have names so similar as to confuse the
public; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Section 65711, the Planning �
Commission recommended the name "Belmont Court" ;
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL:
That the street within the City of Redlands formerly known as "Lelia
Court" shall henceforth have the name "Belmont Court."
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of Augu t, 1959.
