A RESOLUTION FINDING THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND CONVENIENCE REQUIRES THE SALE OF CERTAIN
PUBLIC PROPERTY AND ORDERING SAID SALE.
The City Council of the City of Redlands does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: Pursuant to its statutory authority to dispose of property
in the common interest, the City Council of the City of Redlands hereby sells certain
property previously used to furnish water outside the premises of the City of Redlands.
SECTION TGTO: This City Council does hereby declare that it is the intention
of this City Council to sell certain public property located at Menton, California
described as follows:

SECTION TERM, The City Council hereby finds and determines that said real
property consisting of water service laterals, are given insufficient use to justify
their maintenance in the future, that consumers in the area have an adequate alternate
supply of water; and that highway construction by the County of San Bernardino in
Chrysolite Street where said water main is located, requires its removal.
SECTION FOUR: The City Council hereby determines that the sale of the public
property described herein in Section Two is required by public interest, convenience,
safety and welfare.
