A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS CONCERNING THE REVOCATION OF FINAL
MAP OF TRACT NO. 40850 1
WHEREAS this City Council held a public hearing on the 20th day of
September, 1960 and, on the basis of evidence received during the hearing, '
hereby reaches findings as follows:

to Tract No. 4085 is a subdivision for which a final.
map was approved by the City Council on the lst day
of March9 1955 and
2e No lot in said Tract No. 4085 has been sold within
five years from date of recordation of said final map
and none of the improvements required by the City have
been made within two years from date of recordation;
RESOLVED THEREFORE, that the final map for Tract No. 4085 is hereby
revoked in accordance with Section 11640 of the Business and Professions
Code of the State of California.
A certified copy of this resolution shall be recorded in the County
of San Bernardino, State of California,
