RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA, CONCERNING UTILITIES
AGREEMENT NO. 10251-F 'IdITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has examined
Utilities Agreement No. 10251-F between the City of Redlands and the
Department of Publrc Works,, Division of Highways, of the State of California;
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
That the City Council of the City of Redlands approves said
Utilities Agreement No. 10251--F;
That the Mayor of the City of Redlands is authorized to sign
and execute said agreement and the City Clerk shall attest it.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th day of November, 1961.
