RESOLUTION CONCERNING SUPPLANT TO UTILITIES AGREEMENT NO. 1025 -A WITH THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has examined
Supplement to Utilitias Agreement No. 10251 A between the City of Redlands
and the Department of Public Works, Division. of Highways, of tKe State: of
California,
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVEDs
That the City Council, of the City of Redlands approves said
Supplement to Utilities Agreement No. 10251 A;
That the Mayor of the City of Redlands is authorized to sign and
execute said agreement and the City Clerk shall attest it.
