RESOLUTION CONCERNING AUTHORIZATION TO APPLY FOR FEDERAL GRA14T UNDO
FEDERAL WATER POLLUTION CONTROL ACT (33 T .S.C. 466 at seq.).
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands hereby resolves
that authorization is made to file an application for Federal grant under
the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 466 et seq.), and the
City Council being the governing borty of the Applicant agrees that if a
Federal grant for the Project is made pursuant to the Federal Water
Pollution Control Act (33 U S.C. 466 at sego), the Applicant will pay
the remaining cost of the approved Project; and, the Applicant will
provide proper and efficient oparation and maintenance of the appraved
Project after completion of construction thereof.
The City of Redlands hereby authorizes Fred H, Workman, City Manager.,
to filer this application and act as its representive in this application.
