RESOLUTION NO. 2109
A RESOLUTION OF ENTENTION TO CLOSE A PORTION OF ` HF ALLEY AT PARKING LOT,
NO 1, T N THE CITY Or REDLAND S.
The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby resolves as f'ollows>
SECTION ONEo The City Council of the CiLy of Redlands hereby elects
to proceed under the provisions of Division 9, Fart 3 , Chapter 2 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California and to vacate an
alley in the manner provided therein
SECTION TWO: This City rouncil does hereby declare nhat at is the
intention of tha s City council to order the vacation of a portion of an
alley in the City Redlands, Courty of San Bernardino, State or California,
described as follows
That por 4 a on of an alley 15 feet in width in the City of Red-
lands, County of Sari Bernardino, State of California as shown
on the Map of Parx Addition recorded an Book 15 of Maps, Page
61 thereof, records of said County iying between the worth line
of Lot S and its easterly extension and the south lane of Lots
J, 6, 5 and 4 a.rd its easterly extension an said Park Addition
and between the easterly line of 50 foot wide Fourtb Street and
the westerly line of Lot 1 of said Park Addition.
SECT T ON THREE. The Ca t y Council nereby determines that the vacation
of the portion of alley described herein, is required by public interest,
convenience, safety and we.i Lire
ST CT I OTC FOUR: A map setzing out the particulars of the proposed
al Ley vacation shall be on file .in the office of the City Clerk and avail-
able for inspection by interested persons
SECTION FIVE- The City Council hereby fixes the time and date and
place of a Public Hearing of all matters concerning the above-described
proposed alley closing, and the time at which any person or agent should
present any ob)ec.tions to the aforesaid alley vacation, at 7 00 P.M. on
the-'� day of ti �(-Z- 1961, In the regular meeting place of the
City Council in� Wall
