HomeMy WebLinkAbout2413 .� RECORDED REQUEST 017 a 608 �z� ' � .� Nov 25 2 28 PH '6�! � PAc J 7 7 m 'f Y ref�F ��y■ `NO FEE RESOLUTION NO. 2413 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS FINDING THAT A PORTION OF A CERTAIN STREET IS UNNECESSARY FOR PRESENT OR PROSPECTIVE STREET PURPOSES AND ORDERING THE VACATION OF SAID STREET THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS hereby ordains and resolves as follows - SECTION ONES The City Council of the City of Redlands having elected to proceed under the provisions of Division 9, Part 3 , Chapter 2 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, and having held a public hearing as provided therein, hereby finds from all the evidence submitted that the street described in this resolution is unnecessary for present or pros- pective purposes and that the public interest and convenience requires the closing of said street , SECTION TWOS The City Council hereby orders the vacation of a portion of a street described as follows . That portion of Guido Avenue as it runs east and west "Uetweefi Lots 7 and 54, part of Orange Grove Homestead Tract as said tract is recorded in Book 2 , Page 5 of Maps, records of San Bernardino County, California, SECTION FOUR- The City Council hereby determines that the vacation of the street described herein is required by public interest , convenience, safety and welfare. ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7 day of 1964 ATTEST. Waldo F. Burx^oughs.
