CITY OF REDLANDS AND HANGAR 24 CHARITIES
This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the License Agreement approved on the 2nd
day of April, 2019 ("License"), is made and entered this 7th day of May 2019 ("Effective Date"),
by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Hangar 24 Charities
("Licensee") City and Licensee are sometimes individually referred to herein as a "Party" and,
together, as the "Parties "
RECITALS
WHEREAS, City and Licensee desire to enter into this First Amendment to amend the
temporary flight restrictions described in the License,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the City
of Redlands and Hangar 24 Charities agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Section 1 Section 4 of the License, subsection G, entitled "Use of Premises," is
hereby amended to read as follows
"G A temporary flight restriction shall be in place during all aerial performances and
designated practice sessions and shall include
I May 17, 2019 Licensee may have a Temporary Flight Restriction in place for up
to four hours, from 12 00 p m to 4 00 p in
u May 18, 2019 Licensee may have a Temporary Flight Restriction in place for up
to four hours and fifteen minutes, from 3 00 p m to 7 15 p in
ill May 19, 2019 Licensee may have a Temporary Flight Restriction in place for up
to five hours, from 12 00 p m to 5 00 p m "
Section 2. All other provisions of the License shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be
effective as of May 7, 2019
