RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS, CALIFORNIA, APPROV-
ING OFFICIAL STATEMENT IN CONNECTION
WITH SALE OF 1962 SEWER BONDS, SERIES A.
WHEREAS, an Official Statement in connection with
the sale of 1962 SMTER BONDS, SERIES A of the City of Redlands,
prepared by Stone & Youngberg has been presented to this City
Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Redlands, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That said Official Statement is hereby
adopted and approved by this City Council in substantially
the form presented for appropriate use in connection with
the sale of said bonds.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 6th day
of June 1962.
