BARTON ROAD AND SAN TIMOTEO CANYON ROAD TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECT
This Agreement is made and entered into this 20th day of September 2005, by and
between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Albert A Webb Associates
("Consultant").
In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, City and Consultant agree to
the following amendments to the Agreement to Furnish Consulting Services dated November 16,
2004 (hereinafter the "Agreement"):
Section 1. The Consultant shall continue to perform those services listed in Exhibit "A"
to the Agreement.
Section 2. In addition to the compensation payable to Consultant in Section 5.1 of the
Agreement, and the amount authorized in the first amendment, Consultant shall be paid based on
time and materials, not to exceed $7,000
Section 3. Consultant's Services under the Agreement shall now be completed by
November 7, 2005.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, duly authorized representatives of the parties have signed in
confirmation of this Third Amendment to Agreement.
