BERRYMAN & HENIGAR, INC. AND CITY OF REDLANDS FOR
PLAN CHECK AND INSPECTION SERVICES
This Second Amendment to this Professional Service Contract is entered into this
21st day of December, 2004 and is made by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal
corporation whose address is 35 Cajon.Street, Redlands, California 92373 (hereinafter"City"), and
Berryman & Henigar, Inc. whose address is 2001 E. First Street, Santa Ana, California 92705
(hereinafter "Consultant").
RECITALS
WHEREAS,under the ten-ns of the existing Professional Service Contract dated May 1,2001
Consultant is providing plan check "as needed" inspections and other duties related to the
Mountainview Power Plant project within the City; and
WHEREAS,City and Consultant agree that they want to extend the termination date of this
Contract from December 1, 2004 to June 30, 2006; and
WHEREAS,amendments to the Contract can be made by written instrument signed by both
parties pursuant to paragraph 13 of the Contract;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, it is agreed
by and between the City of Redlands and Berryman & Henigar, Inc. to amend this Professional
Services Contract as follows:
1. Paragraph 3 "Schedule and Tenn" is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Schedule and Term Consultant shall commence work under this Contract on May 5,2001
and shall complete its services on June 30, 2006, unless Consultant's services are otherwise
terminated pursuant to paragraph 6 hereof."
2. Except as amended herein, all terms and conditions of the original Professional
Service Contract dated May 1, 2001 shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
