RESOLUTION NO. 3749 CO , CALIF.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ACCEPTING AN OFFER OF DEDICATION, SUNSET DRIVE
WHEREAS, the owners of Parcel Map No. 4229 did on July 17 ,
1978 , execute the owners ' certificate offering for dedication,
Sunset Drive, to the City of Redlands, and
WHEREAS, on September 5, 1978, the City Council of the City
of Redlands did approve and accept Parcel Map No 4229, but
rejected the offer of dedication, and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest that the offer of
dedication now be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California,
that pursuant to Section 11616 of the State of California Busi-
ness and Professions Code, the offer of dedication, Sunset Drive,
as shown on Parcel Map No. 4229, recorded October 11 , 1978 ,
Parcel Map Book 42, Page 84, records of San Bernardino County, Iowa
is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and is hereby
instructed to record a certified copy of this resolution under
the seal of the City of Redlands in the office of the San Bernar-
dino Recorder
