City of Redlands 63 RECORDED IN OFROPL RECORDS JUN 27 1977 AT 11 00 AM WHEN RECORDED MAIL TO V. ©ENNIS WARDLE City Clerk NO FEE CLERK-RECORDER City of Redlands BER LW DINO COUNTY, CALLE Post Office Box 280 Redlands, California, 92373 RESOLUTION NO 3364 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS FINDING `.['UAT PORTIONS OF A CERTAIN STREET ARE UNNECESSARY FOR PRESENT OR PROSPEC- TIVE STREET PURPOSES AND ORDERING THE VACATION OF SAID PORTIONS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS hereby ordains and resolves as follows - SECTION ONE- The City Council of the City of Redlands, having elected to proceed under the provisions of Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 2 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, and having held a public hearing as pro- vided therein, hereby finds from all evidence submitted that portions of a certain street described in this resolution are unnecessary for present or prospective purposes and that the public interest and convenience require the closing of said portions of a certain street. y SECTION TWO : The City Council hereby orders the vacation of portions of Sunset Drive described as follows : The northerly 3 .00 feet of Sunset Drive in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows : COMMENCING at the marked manhole at the centerline intersections of Franklin and Hilton Avenues - Sunset Drive as shown on the map of Tract No. 6294 recorded in Book 84 of Maps, pages 78 and 79, records of said County; thence along the centerline of Sunset Drive north 89°56 ' 52" east as shown on the map of Tract No . 4510 recorded in Book 75 of Maps, page 15, records of said County, a distance of 540 61 feet, thence at right angles north 0° 03 '08" west 32 .00 feet to the point of BEGINNING; thence from said point of beginning continuing north 0 ' 03 '08" west 3 .00 feet to a point on the northerly right-of-way line of the aforesaid Sunset Drive; thence along said right-of-way line south 89°56 ' 52" west 520 . 74 feet to its intersection with the northerly right-of-way line of the aforesaid Franklin Avenue, thence along the prolongation of last said right-of-way line south 30° 53 ' 35" east 3 .49 feet; thence north 89°56 ' 52" east 518 95 feet to the point of BEGINNING 7- Ec0K9 07 PAGE 933 SECTION FOUR: The City Council hereby determines that the vacation of portions of the street described herein is required by public interest, convenience, safety and welfare ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21st day of June, 1977 Mayo - of - Magi of .p lan• , ATTEST.
