RESOLUTION NO. 3359
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS FINDING THAT A CERTAIN PUBLIC SER-
VICE EASEMENT IS UNNECESSARY AND ORDERING THE VACATION OF SAID EASEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS hereby ordains and re-
solves as follows
SECTION ONE- The City Council of the City of Redlands having
elected to proceed under the provisions of Title 5, Division 1, Part 1,
Chapter 2, of the Government Code of the State of California and vacate
a certain public service easement in the manner provided therein.
SECTION TWO : The City Council hereby orders the vacation of a cer-
tain public service easement described as follows:
Easement for sanitary sewers, storm drains, pipelines, telegraphic lines,
telephone lines, and railroad lines as reserved by the City of Redlands
in Resolution No 3332, which vacated West Avenue, a certified copy of
which was recorded March 19, 1977, in Book 9137, Page 864, thereof,

SECTION THREE: The City Council hereby determines that the vaca-
tion of the certain public service easement described herein is required
by public interest, convenience, safety and welfare.
