RESOLUTION NO. 3309
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS FINDING THAT A PORTION OF A CER-
TAIN STREET IS UNNECESSARY FOR PRESENT OR PROSPECTIVE STREET PURPOSES
AND ORDERING THE VACATION OF SAID PORTION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF REDLANDS hereby ordains and
resolves as follows:
SECTION ONE: The City Council of the City of Redlands, having
elected to proceed under the provisions of Division 9, Part 3, Chapter
2 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, and
having held a public hearing as provided therein, hereby finds from all
evidence submitted that a portion of a certain road as described in
this resolution is unnecessary for present or prospective purposes and
that the public interest and convenience require the closing of said
portion of said certain road.
SECTION TWO: The City Council hereby orders the vacation of a por-
tion of Cone Camp Road described as follows:
All that portion of Cone Camp Road (50 feet wide) within the Northwest
1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 7, Tol S., R.2 W., San Bernardino
Base and Meridian.
SECTION THREE: The City Council hereby determines that the vaca-
tion of a portion of a road described herein is required by public
interest, convenience, safety and welfare.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21st day of December, 1976.

meeting thereof held on the 21st day of December, 1976, by the follow-
