A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AMENDING AND CORRECTING LEGAL DES-
CRIPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 3201 ORDERING STREET VACATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: Exhibit A to Resolution No. 3201, legal description
for vacation of streets and alleys in the City of Redlands, is amended
and corrected to include the following:
All that portion of the North 1/2 of Citrus Avenue, as shown on the
Record of Survey filed in Book 29 of Records of Survey, at Page 61, rec-
ords of San Bernardino County, State of California., described as follows:
COMMENCING at the centerline intersections of Citrus Avenue and North
Eureka Street, as shown on said Record of Survey filed in Book 29 of
Records of Survey, at Page 61; thence North 890 58' 38" East along the
centerline of Citrus Avenue, 247.40 feet; thence at right angles North
000 01' 22" West 30.00 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way
line, as shown on said Record of Survey filed in Book 29 of Records of
Survey, at Page 61; thence South 890 59' 38" West along said right-of-
way line 81.71 feet to a point on a non -tangent curve to the South whose
initial tanqent bears North 760 01' 20" East and whose radius is 338.81
feet, said point being the TRUE POINT OF LEGIN-YING; thence from.. the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING Southwesterly along said curve 'through a central
angle of 10' 47' 19", an arc distance of 63.80 feet to a point of reverse"
curve concave to the North, whose radius is 17.00 feet; thence North-
westerly along said curve through a central angle of 800 50' 31", an arc CW
distance of 23.99 feet; thence North 330 55' 28" West 18.25 feet to a
point on the aforesaid Northerly right-of-way line of said Citrus Ave-
