RESOLUTION NO. 3201
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS FINDING THAT PORTIONS OF CER-
TAIN STREETS AND ALLEYS ARE UNNECESSARY FOR PRESENT OR PROSPECTIVE
STREET PURPOSES AND ORDERING THE VACATION OF SAID PORTIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS hereby ordains and
resolves as follows:
SECTION ONE: The City Council of the City of Redlands, having
elected to proceed under the provisions of Division 9, Part 3, Chap-
ter 2 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California,
and having held a public hearing as provided therein, hereby finds
from all evidence submitted that portions of certain streets and
alleys described in Exhibit A to this resolution are unnecessary
for present or prospective purposes and that the public interest
and convenience require the closing of said portions of said cer-
tain streets and alleys.
SECTION TWO: The City Council hereby orders the vacation of
portions of streets and alleys described in Exhibit A attached
hereto.
SECTION THREE: The City Council hereby determines that the
vacation of portions of the streets and alleys described in Exhibit
A attached hereto is required by public interest, convenience,
safety and welfare. ()I
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of September, 1975.

Legal Description for Vacation of portions of streets and alleys in
the City of Redlands
That portion of an alley running Easterly from a line parallel with
and 40.00 feet East of the centerline of North Eureka Street to the
West right-of-way line of Third Street, said alley also being between
the South right-of-way line of Redlands Boulevard and the North right-
of-way line of State Street; and
That portion of Third Street between the South right-of-way line of
Redlands Boulevard and the South right-of-way line of an alley, said
alley being between said South right-of-way lame of Redlands Boulevard
and the North right--of-way line of State Street; and
That portion of an alley running Easterly from the East right-of-way
line of Third Street to the West right-of-way line of Fourth Street,
said alley also being between the South right-of-way line of Redlands
Boulevard and the North right--of--way line of State Street; and
That portion of Fourth Street between the South right-of-way line of
Redlands Boulevard and the North right-of-way line of State Street;
and
That portion of an alley running Easterly from the East right -of --way
line of Fourth Street to the West right -of --way line of Orange Street,
said alley also being between said South right-of-way line of Redlands
Boulevard and the North right -of --way line of State Street; and
The West 0.70 feet of Orange Street between the South right--of-way
line of Redlands Boulevard and the North right-of-way line of State
Street; and
That portion of State Street between the West right -of --way line of
Fourth Street and with a line parallel with and 44.00 feet West of the
centerline of Orange Street; and
That portion of an alley running Easterly from the East right -of --way
Line of Fourth Street to a line parallel with and 44.00 feet West of
the centerline of Orange Street, said alley also being between the

the South right -of --way line of State Street and the North right-of-way
line of Citrus Avenue; and
That portion of Fourth Street between the South right-of-way line of
State Street and with a line parallel with and 40.00 feet North of the
centerline of Citrus Avenue; and
That portion of an alley running Easterly from the East right-of-way
line of Third Street to the West right--of-way line of Fourth Street,
said alley also being between the South right--of-way line of State
Street and the North right-of-way line of Citrus Avenue; and
That portion of Third Street between the North right--of-way line of an
alley, said alley being between the South right-of-way line of State
Street and the North right--of-way line of Citrus Avenue, and with a
line parallel with and 40.00 feet North of the centerline of Citrus
Avenue; and
That portion of an alley running Easterly between a line parallel with
and 40.00 feet East of the centerline of North Eureka Street and the
West right -of --way line of Third Street, said alley also being between
the South right-of-way line of State Street and the North right -of --way
line of Citrus Avenue, all as shown on Record of Survey recorded in
Book 29 of Records of Survey, Page 61, in the office of the County
Recorder, County of San Bernardino, State of California.
