RESOLUTION NO. 5155
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
DESIGNATING AN HISTORIC PROPERTY
HISTORIC RESOURCE NO. 90
WHEREAS, Chapter 2.62 of the Redlands Municipal Code establishes rules and
regulations governing the designation, preservation and perpetuation of historical and
scenic properties; and
WHEREAS, the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission has held a duly
advertised public hearing to consider designating the following as a historic property:
Gregory Building
200 - 202 East State Street
Redlands, California
WHEREAS, the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission has nominated
the above --mentioned property as a historic property in accordance with procedures
established in Chapter 2.62 of the Redlands Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has held a duly advertised
public hearing to consider the recommendation of the Historic and Scenic Preservation
Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Redlands as follows:
1. The following property is hereby designated as a historical property:
Gregory Building
200 - 202 East State Street
Redlands, California
LEGAL DESCRIPTION - APN 171-131-17:
PARCEL 1: Lot S and the westerly 6 inches of Lot 9 all in Block 13,
Town Plat of Redlands, in the City of Redlands, County of San
Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded in Book 5 of Maps,
Page 10, records of said County.

PARCEL 2: Lot 9 and the west 22.5 feet of Lot 10, Block 13, Town
Plat of Redlands, in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, as per plat recorded in Book 5 of Maps, Page 10,
records of said County.
EXCEPT therefrom the westerly 6 inches of Lot 9.
2. This historical property shall not be altered on the exterior, moved,
demolished, subdivided, or otherwise permanently changed on the
exterior until a Certificate of Appropriateness has been secured.
3. All provisions of Chapter 2.62 of the Redlands Municipal Code and any
amendments thereto, are in effect now and in the perpetual future.
4. The City Clerk of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to cause a
certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded with the County
Recorder, County of San Bernardino.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21st day of March, 1995.
