Mackzum, Recorder No Fee Doc No. 19980009133 2.00pm 01/12/98 205 20119001 02 18 z e PG FEE APF GIMS I PH CPYJ CRT CPY ADD NM PEN PR PC©R 6_ NON ST I LN SVY I CiT•CG TRANS TAX DA CHRG EXAM FEES NOT REQUIRED RESOLUTION NO. 5439 PER GDVERNR� CODE SECTION 610103 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DESIGNATING A HISTORIC PROPERTY HISTORIC RESOURCE NO. 97 WHEREAS, Chapter 2.62 of the Redlands Municipal Code establishes rules and regulations governing the designation, preservation and perpetuation of historical and scenic properties; and WHEREAS, the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission has held a duly advertised public hearing to consider designating the following as a historic property: The Wheeler House 505 South Fourth Street Redlands, California 92373 WHEREAS, the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission has nominated the above -mentioned property as a historic property in accordance with procedures established in Chapter 2.62 of the Redlands Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands has held a duly advertised public hearing to consider the recommendation of the Historic and Scenic Preservation Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as follows: 1. The following property is hereby designated as a historical property: The Wheeler House 505 South Fourth Street Redlands, California 92373 Legal Description: Ll 1/PARK VILLA TR N 54 FT & 12 & Assessors Parcel Number 173-043-12 2. This historical property shall not be altered on the exterior, moved, demolished, subdivided, or otherwise permanently changed on the exterior until a Certificate of Appropriateness has been secured. 3. The City Clerk of the City of Redlands is hereby directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded with the County Recorder, County of San Bernardino. ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 6th day of January, 1998.
