RESOLUTION NO. 5555 SECTION 6103
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ACCEPTING
AN OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR ROAD PURPOSES FOR COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO
PARCEL MAP NO. 3373
WHEREAS, on March 10, 1978, the County of San Bernardino reviewed and gave final
approval for a four lot subdivision designated as County of San Bernardino Parcel Map No. 3373;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Section 66475 and as a condition of approval of
Parcel Map No. 3373, the County of San Bernardino required the dedication of certain real property
for road purposes to serve the four lot subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the owners and developers ofParcel Map No. 3373, as part of such Parcel Map,
complied with the County of San Bernardino's requirements and made an offer of dedication to the
County of San Bernardino of a portion of Parcel Map No. 3373 designated as "Lisa Marie Lane"
which is more particularly described on the Parcel Map, a copy of which is attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference; and
WHEREAS, on August 9, 1990, the City of Redlands annexed the property comprising
Parcel Map No. 3373; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of the City of Redlands, as successor -in -
interest to the County of San Bernardino, to accept the offer of dedication for road purposes made
in Parcel Map No. 3373 by the adoption of this Resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as
follows:

Section I. IThe offer of dedication made in County of San Bernardino Parcel Map No.
3373 for road purposes is hereby accepted by the City of Redlands.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record a copy of this Resolution in the
Official Records of the Recorder for the County of San Bernardino.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this Ist day of September, 1998.
