WATER RESOURCES MANAGEMENT PLAN
TASK ORDER 6
MONKEY FACE CREEK DIVERSION REVIEW
(Amendment No. 6)
This Task Order (Amendment No. 6) authorizes the ENGINEER to perform
Engineering Services included in this Amendment and in accordance with the
AGREEMENT for the preparation of the Water Resources Management Plan,
6 November 1990.
This Amendment makes the following changes to the AGREEMENT; all other
provisions of the AGREEMENT remain in effect.
ARTICLE OF THE ENGINEER
No changes.
ARTICLE E ENGINEER
2.1 The Scope of Work is amended to include Attachment A to this
Amendment which defines the scope of work for engineering
services for Task Order 6, Monkey Face Creek Diversion Review.
ARTICLE IES OF THE OWNER
No changes.
ARTICLE PERIOD OF SERVICE
4.1 The time period for performance of the ENGINEEWS services for
Task Order 6 set forth in Article 2 shall be in accordance with the
schedule defined in Attachment B to this Amendment.

ARTICLE 5 — PAYMENT TO THE ENGINEER
DA The total compensation to perform work under this Amendment
for Task.Order 6 shall be in accordance with Attachments C and
D to this Amendment.
ARTICLE 6— INSURANCE AND INDEMNIFICATION
No changes.
ARTICLE 7— GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
No changes.

Attachment A
Scope of Work
Purpose
The purpose of this task order is to provide engineering consulting support to City of
Redlands (City) staff on repair or reconstruction of the diversion on Monkey Face Creek.
Scope
The intent of this task order is for CH2M HILL to provide a site review, develop conceptual
level option, and prepare a preliminary order of magnitude estimate of costs for repair or
replacement of the City of Redlands stream diversion at Monkey Face Creek that was
damaged during the Landers Earthquake. CH2M HILL staff led by Michael Savage, Senior
Water Resources Engineer, will meet with City staff, conduct a site review and prepare a
memorandum summarizing preliminary findings. A preliminary review of permit
requirements for the project will be conducted. The team will include a seismic/geotechnical
engineer and a structural engineer. Additionally, input of the construction management staff
may be requested regarding constructibility and cost estimating information.
Product
CH2M HILL will provide a memorandum with conceptual layout of a diversion and a
preliminary order of magnitude estimate of cost

Services on this orderinitiate on September 18, 1995 and complete on ber 30,
1995.

Fee
The fee for this task order is based on the hourly rates shown in Attachment D and the tasks
and staff shown below. The total fee will not exceed $13),500 with out prior written approval
of the City Project Manager.
