RE: Extension of Agreement for Mello-Roos Administration Services for CFD No. 2001-1
Dear Bonnie:
As we discussed, David Taussig& Associates, Inc. ("DTA") and the City of Redlands would like to extend
the term our existing Agreement for Consulting Services dated July 3, 2001, relating to the provision of
Mello-Roos special tax administration services for Community Facilities District("CF-D")No. 2001-1.
DTA's proposed budget for fiscal year 2002-03 is $9,500, plus expenses. Other than the extension of the
term and increase in the budget, all other terms and conditions set forth in our existing Agreement for
Consulting Services dated July 3, 2001 would remain the same.
If this proposal is acceptable, please have the appropriate official sign below, and return a copy to me for
