ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR UPDATE AND REVISION OF THE
NON-POTABLE WATER SYSTEM STUDY
This Amendment No. I to the Agreement to Furnish Engineering Services for Update and
Revision of the Non-Potable Water System Study originally dated September 21, 2004 (the
"Agreement"), by and between the City of Redlands ("City") and Engineering Resources of
Southern California, Inc. ("Consultant") is hereby made and entered into this 15th day of March,
2005.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement to
Furnish Engineering Services for Update and Revision of the Non-Potable Water System Study,
dated September 21, 2004 to change the Scope of Services, Exhibit "A" and the Time and
Materials Schedule, Exhibit"C."
NOW, THEREFORE, the Agreement to Furnish Engineering Services for Update and
Revision of the Non-Potable Water System Study between City and Consultant is hereby
amended as follows:
Section 1. Article 2 — Services of Consultant and specifically Attachment"A" entitled
"Scope of Services" is hereby amended to add the following specific engineering Services which
Consultant shall perform:
1. Add Bear Valley Mutual Water Company facilities to report and map;
2. Add Crafton Mutual Water Company facilities to report and map;
3. Research and add City of Loma Linda non-potable water facilities to report and
map;
4. Incorporate data from San Bernardino Municipal Water District Central Feeder
Project into report.
Section 2. Article 5 — Payments to Consultant and specifically Attachment "C" entitled
"Project Fee" is hereby amended to add the following additional time and materials for the
specific engineering Services listed in this Amendment.
36 hours for additional Engineering Technician 11 time at $80/hour•, and
15 hours for additional Principal Engineer time at $130/hour.
Total Additional Fees: $4,830.
Section 3. Full Force and Effect. All other remaining sections of the Agreement shall
remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment, to be effective as
set forth herein.
