SERVICES FOR IMPROVEMENT TO PUBLIC BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS
This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of Tate
Water Treatment Plant security camera system dated February 19, 2019 ("Agreement"), by and
between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and TBM Services, Inc
("Contractor"), is made and entered into this 20th day of May, 2019
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Contractor to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically to upgrade the camera and recording system being installed,
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Contractor agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Section 1 The scope of work performed by Contractor pursuant to Exhibit "A" of the
Agreement, entitled "Scope of Services", is hereby amended by the attached to include the work
that is identified in Exhibit "A," which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference
Section 2 Article 5 1 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows
"5 1 Total compensation for Contractors performance of the Services shall not exceed the
amount of Eight Thousand Twenty One Dollars and Zero Cents ($8,021 00) City shall pay
Consultant on a time and materials basis up to the not to exceed amount in accordance with Exhibit
"B" entitled "Fee Schedule" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference "
Section 3 All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment, and in effect
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of 20th day of May, 2019

EXHIBIT "A"
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Specifications foi HD CCTV System
Contractor shall provide the following
• One Samsung, or approved equal, eight channel Network Video Recorder (NVR) video
management system with 80mbps streaming capacity, 2 TB hard di ive, USB port for off-
loading video and capability to add an additional hard drive in the future,
• System shall be capable of being controlled/monitored from laptops from off-site
locations with alerting capability to defined users,
• Provide all required software/apps to allow foi remote viewing/monitoring,
• Six Samsung, of approved equal, 4k IP exterioi rated color turret cameras with 8mp
resolution and infrared illumination,
• Six wall mounting brackets for bullet cameras, to include all anchor bolts, drip loops,
fitting necessary to angle and pivot camera and additional accessor res foi mounting,
• One 2' long HDMI video input cable,
• One Samsung, of approved equal, 32" HDMI video monitor,
• All cable connectors and mounting hardware,
• All system setup, netwoiking, initial programming, and training,
• All labor and materials, and
• I yea! warranty on all labor and parts
Ownei shall provide the following
• Ownei to provide network/nnternet connection with VPN foi viewing via laptops from
off-site locations
• Ownei to provide 110v outlet at NVR location, and
• Owner to provide static IP address and Internet connection foi networking software
