The Go-mty agrees to perform,, -make and complete the following
improvements and do all work necessary and incidental to the completion of
said ipprovements on the hereinafter described street or hielway., to-v'rit;

Approximately 1000 feet of construction.
IT 13 FUR1H AGREID that the Coi2nty will in no -w be responsible
for any alterations or damaGe to water mains located u-ithin the area of
construction,

reasonable rate for the use and operation of any machinery and equipment used
in -the construction of Said improvements9 said rate for the use of equipment
and machinery to be the amount which 1as heretofore been fLxed and established
by the County for the use and operation of said machinery and equipment,
