RECITALS
WHEREAS. it is the desire ot'Clty and Consultant to amend "B"to the Agreement
for the provision of additional services by Consultant and to corresponding1v increase Consultant's
compensation for the sarne, City and C011SUItant hereby agree as lollos%is-

deletion of section 4.2, and the renumbering of section 4.3) to 4.2,
Sc cation Article 5.entitled-PAYME"NJ'STO CONS Lif-J'ANT."is herebv amended to read
as fullows:
The total compensation for Consultant's pertlormance of the Services shall be in the
amount ofThirty One Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars (331,900,00). ."
Section '-). Task I of Exhibit "A" to the Agreement is hereby amended to include an

additional 300 samples, and shall read as follows-

The polling phase of the Services shall illClUding, the following-

the other elements of the FASTpro grani,and 3)00 incorporating both flood control and the
other elements of the FAS'Ypro gran i, The sample size must provide results that provide a
95 percent confidence level,
6. Prepare a report of pollinc?, findings and submit to City by April 2014."
