III THE CITY QF REDLAICS hereby grants a variance from the loading space re- quirements contained in Sections 41.10 and 41.00 of City of Redlands Zoning Ordinance Tejo. 1000 in connection with the use of the above -described land by the Company, pro- vided the Company shall agree to the Covenant Running 1,1ith The Land herein contained as a condition to the granting of the variance.
